We are a husband and wife team in our 50’s who have decided to make a change in our lives. We left our home in Melbourne in March and have been travelling in our caravan since. Experienced Manager - not of Caravan Parks but of Hospitals and Aged Care (and teams!)
Currently employed in Regional WA managing 2 Hospitals, around a $30 million budget and oversight of around 250 staff. Direct responsibility of all services including clinical care, food and hotel services (commercial kitchen and food safety), cleaning and patient transport. Management of Fleet and housing team with oversight of approximately 70 properties (owned and privately leased), 36 bed residential aged care beds and hostel facilities for boarders as well as oversight of the maintenance and facilities team responsible for the upkeep over 4 health care facilities. All of the above centers around being consumer focused and ensuring the best experience is had by the consumer.
Am looking for a change of pace where I can be home most nights (currently travel a lot) with my family but more than happy to work as many hours as needed (cant possibly be more than i do now!)
Have partner and 2 young children
Partner willing and wanting to work as much as possible, would obviously depend on school and day care availability (1 of each age).
Really want to break in to the Park management scene and happy to look at lower level roles as a stepping stone if need be.
