About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic leader to join our tourist parks team.

Responsible for the overall management of Council's three tourist parks, you will apply your industry knowledge through effective day to day operational management, provision of high-level industry advice and driving a program of continuous improvement.

What you will be doing

You will be passionate about driving operational excellence through having a great understanding of how businesses operate and what drives their success.

As an experienced team player, you will contribute to a positive work culture through the fostering of collaboration and communication and the provision of an inclusive work environment.

You will use your excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships, foster trust, and achieve organizational success.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • What tertiary qualification do you have in Business Management or similar that is relevant to this role?
  • Describe how you have utilised your relevant knowledge, skills, experience and leadership capability to ensure optimal performance in a commercial business environment
  • Provide an example of a WHS policy or process you have implemented, describing what you did to ensure its effective application in the workplace
  • Provide an example of what you do to build positive relationships with colleagues
  • Provide an example of a business improvement strategy you have identified and implemented in the past, and describe where it came from, how you went about implementing it, challenges you faced, and the commercial outcomes achieved?
  • Do you have a current Drivers Licence?

Renumeration

$101,510.82 to $121,368.12 per annum plus superannuation and an operational Motor Vehicle
