Lake Mac Holiday Parks

Lake Macquarie City Council is calling for tenders from suitably qualified providers to establish a contract(s) for the provision of holiday park management services at Belmont Lakeside, and/or Sails Holiday Parks. Belmont Lakeside is a stunning premium park located on an island-like 3.2Ha parcel of land at Belmont South in Lake Macquarie. Features include villas and cabins, including an accessible duplex and elevated two-bedroom cabins with uninterrupted water views, tiny homes, ensuite sites, large caravan slab sites, pool precinct, recreation room, camp kitchen, bbq shelters, a boat ramp (suitable for small boats) and community pathway that surrounds the park. Maintenance and care of the surrounding public accessible land, community pathway and overflow carpark are also a responsibility of the park management company. Sails Holiday Park is located in the Belmont township near the lake and local clubs and shops. It is 3.6Ha split across either side of Gerald St. Most sites are residential land-lease sites shared between either side of Gerald St with the focus on tourist sites and accommodation on the western side. The park has a recreation room, camp kitchen, picnic shelter, villas, cabins and safari tents as well as very large established caravan sites. Mowing and maintenance of the adjoining public reserve ‘Sid Toon Park” is also required. The open tender has now been released via Council’s e-tendering platform Tenderlink.
